Film

To meet the urgent demand for transparent electromagnetic shielding materials in aviation aircraft optical windows, we have developed a metal mesh transparent electromagnetic shielding film with a width of 600×600mm, a line width as low as 3μm, and an aspect ratio >3:1. It features a visible light transmittance ≥85%, a sheet resistance ≤0.08Ω/□, and a shielding effectiveness ≥40 dB in the 300MHz-18GHz frequency band, achieving world-leading performance. For multi-curved structures such as aircraft cockpits, we have developed a multi-curve conformal electromagnetic shielding film that supports conformal shaping, maintains conductivity under stretching, exhibits no optical distortion in irregular shapes, and has no abrupt transitions on curved surfaces, offering significant advantages in electromagnetic shielding applications for aircraft cockpits and similar fields.

开发了超高的灵敏度及一致性的压阻、压电、离电等力学传感器,工作温度范围:-40~150 ℃;力学精度可达<0.01 kPa,点阵密度可达2500个/cm2,测量范围0.2~20 N,检测精度行业领先。可应用于新能源、织物传感、具身智能、高端制造等领域。


开发了超高密度、超高精度及高导电能力的柔性电路,线宽可低至3um, 线间距可密至1um, 高深宽比(2:1)铜线保障了导电能力。针对电子皮肤高拉伸与高稳定性需求,开发了S形导线拉伸电极,100%拉伸下电阻0变化,30%拉伸循环超过5000次,5%拉伸超20万次。可用于柔性传感器、脑机接口、具身智能皮肤的排线与连接电路。

针对寒冷条件下的高效除冰与除霜技术需求,开发了高透光率(≥85%)、高功率快速加热(除冰<1min)、可大幅面加热均匀(温差≤5℃)的透明电加热膜,实现了曲面共形和异形结构均匀加热、红外高透等。可用于汽车、无人机、镜头、眼镜等各种场景的除冰防雾。

首创a级、aa级薄膜温度传感器及阵列检测温精度高达0.05°C(线性度高达99.99%、稳定性/一致性高)、超薄(40um)、面积小的同时初始电阻大(1.5 mm*2 mm,R0=1000.00 Ω)、响应速度快(<1秒)等特点。在电子皮肤、脑机接口/人体植入/医疗传感监测、新能源电池、高端制造以及科研领域应用前景广泛。

开发出了方阻低于0.08Ω/□、透光率>85%的透明天线,高的透光率与导电性使高频天线几无损耗,保障了透明天线的传输距离和效率,成为行业的最佳技术路线方案。

开发出耐双85稳定性以及抗强光幅照稳定性的电致变色器件。通过采用超低方阻金属网栅透明电极,可大幅提升大尺寸电致变色器件响应速度;实现了大面积布基电致变色器件的DEMO。可应用于智能玻璃、多功能柔性可穿戴、智能显示等领域。
