Addressing the urgent need for transparent electromagnetic shielding materials for aircraft optical windows, a metal grid transparent electromagnetic shielding film with a width of 600×600mm, line width as low as 3μm, and an aspect ratio of >3:1 has been developed. The visible light transmittance is ≥85%, and the sheet resistance is ≤0.08Ω/□. Within the frequency band of 300MHz-18GHz, the shielding effectiveness is ≥40 dB, with leading global performance. For multi-curved structures such as aircraft cockpits, a conformable electromagnetic shielding film has been developed that can conform to multi-curved surfaces, stretch without breaking, is free of optical distortion on irregular shapes, and has smooth transitions. This film exhibits significant advantages in electromagnetic shielding applications for aircraft cockpits and other areas.
